Invite a new customer

Find your personal code in Account → Referrals. A new customer must enter it when creating their personal TPP account, before verifying their email. An existing account or an existing registration cannot add a code retrospectively. One new account can be attributed to one inviter only. Self-referrals and duplicate or abusive registrations do not qualify.

The inviter earns one credit when the invited customer purchases their first eligible annual personal TPP licence. Sales verifies the payment and licence. Both the payment and the annual licence start must fall within 365 days of the attributed registration, including the last day. The 180-day trial alone earns no credit. Migrations, gifts, perpetual licences, seat assignments and existing accounts do not qualify as referred purchases. Internal, suspended or otherwise ineligible accounts are excluded.

Credits and TPP discounts

Each available credit gives 10% off an eligible annual personal TPP purchase: one credit 10%, two 20%, three 30%, four 40%, five 50%. Up to five credits can be used in one purchase, once per annual licence period. This can be your first paid annual licence after a trial or an eligible subsequent renewal, including after migration. Sales confirms eligibility, the annual base price and the final discount before registering the transaction.

The discount applies to the annual personal licence base price, excluding taxes, add-ons and services. It cannot be combined with other discounts. Unused credits carry forward; the oldest eligible credits are used first. Credits are personal, cannot be transferred to another person, cannot be exchanged for money and do not automatically extend a licence.

Suite Credits

A credit earned when you already have five available credits becomes a Suite Credit. It retains that eligibility even after your earlier credits are used. Other credits remain eligible for TPP only. Suite Credits can be used through Sales for eligible annual personal licences for TPP, Runsheet, Lap Analysis and Time Tool belonging to the same commercial customer.

For another product, the monetary value is calculated from the eligible annual TPP base price in the same currency. The total discount cannot exceed 50% of the destination product's annual base price. For example, three credits with a TPP base price of 100 EUR provide up to 30 EUR off an 80 EUR destination licence. Sales confirms the number of credits and actual amount before use. A credit used at the cap is consumed in full; no fractional cash balance is created. Balances are administered by Sales, not automatically pooled across applications.

Refunds, changes and support

Refunded, revoked, unpaid or otherwise ineligible purchases do not provide usable credits. An unused credit can be reversed. If a discount has already been used, Sales reviews the adjustment; the system does not automatically create replacement credits or rewrite past transactions.

Closing new participation does not erase previously valid attributions or available credits. Any material programme change will be communicated with its applicable rules.
