Email address and message content are necessary to send and handle a contact request. Team or business name is optional.

This page does not currently use analytics or marketing trackers based on the site code inspected for this service page.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers used to operate this page may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, processing is expected to rely on the relevant contractual or legal transfer mechanisms made available by those providers.

8. Retention

Contact submissions are transmitted by email and kept for the time necessary to handle the request and any related follow-up. They may be kept longer where necessary to manage legal claims, evidence, or legal obligations. Technical anti-spam and request metadata follow the same handling logic where included in the contact record.

As currently configured, this page does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers in its page code. For that reason, no separate cookie policy page is currently provided for this service page. If that changes, this policy and the site setup should be updated accordingly.
