Offline-first — works without internet

The setup sheet, redesigned

The New Setup tab is where you build and save your setup for each run. Start by filling in the context header — track, date, event, session, chassis number, drivers, engineer, and mechanic — all populated from per-vehicle dropdown lists.

Butterfly layout

Per-corner parameters (FL, FR, RL, RR) are displayed in butterfly position: left wheels on the left, right wheels on the right, labels in the center. Per-axle and global parameters sit below.

Symmetric copy

Press the Symmetric button on any group to mirror left values to the right side. One click, four fields updated.

Corner weights

Optional weights section with Front % and Cross Weight % calculated automatically. Minimum weight warning from the active regulation set.

Run data

Best lap, tire mileage, fuel at start, and free-text driver comments. Everything is saved with the sheet.

Regulation limits

When a regulation set is active, out-of-range values are highlighted in the editor. BoP parameters (Turbo Boost, Lambda, fuel load) appear as editable fields.

Browse, preview, compare

The History tab lists every saved setup sheet for the active vehicle. Open any sheet in read-only preview, or pick two and compare them side by side.

Filter and search

Narrow results by track, date range, session type, or driver.

Side-by-side comparison

Select two sheets and view them in a split layout. Changed values are highlighted so you see exactly what moved between runs.

Full context

Each saved sheet preserves the complete context: weather, temperatures, compound, run number, driver comments.

Your vehicles, your lists

The My Garage tab is your fleet manager. Add any vehicle — GT3, Ferrari Challenge, prototype, touring car, kart, formula — and configure its setup template and dropdown lists.

Per-vehicle lists

Tracks, drivers, event types, session types, engineers, and mechanics. Each list belongs to one vehicle and populates the dropdowns in New Setup.

Start from a built-in template (Ferrari 296 GT3 Challenge, Generic GT3/Cup, Generic Formula) or customize your own setup items.

JSON export & import

Download a complete vehicle as JSON — setup items, dropdown lists, regulation sets. Import it on another machine or share it with a teammate.

Built for multi-car teams

Each engineer runs Car Setup Tracker on their own laptop, building and saving setup sheets independently. At the end of a session — or an entire event — they export all setup sheets as a single JSON file and hand it to the team manager.
